Student Activities Office - Campus Events The Student Activities Office offers consulting services to all student organizations and campus departments who desire to hold events on campus. Staff members assist with processing the Use of University Property (UUP) form, and chair the Events Management Planning Team (EMPT). We have close ties to university officials in Cornell Police, Risk Management and Insurance, Environmental Health and Safety, Transportation Services, and Community Relations.

Please contact our office early for assistance with event planning or information on the poster policy, use of university property, the campus sales policy, food safety, events with alcohol, bonfires, or visiting dignitaries.
