Purpose
The Muslim Educational and Cultural Association has been serving both Cornell and the Ithaca area for over twenty years. We are very proud to be an integral part of the lives of many of the Muslims as well as non-Muslims on and off campus. MECA's purpose is both to provide a place for Muslim students and students interested in the Muslim world to be able to interact with one another and to provide an educational view of Islam and Muslim cultures to the rest of the Cornell community.
